Like most everyone, Friendly Floors has spent the last weeks learning about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting the world and our lives. For us, it means understanding how it affects our employees, customers, and communities, and making the necessary adjustments to our everyday work and operations.

We have one simple objective: to keep you and our employees safe while continuing our mission of providing the best possible customer service and expert flooring installations while representing our Lord Jesus Christ by conducting ourselves in a manner pleasing to Him.

We have made several changes in response to the threat of this virus. We are closely following the CDC guidelines on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands, constantly sanitizing the showroom and samples, and staying home if they feel sick.

We are hoping our clients will call us at (941) 624-0077 to make appointments to visit the showroom to help us in our efforts to practice social distancing. We are also offering a Shop at Home service should that should make it more convenient for you. Simply request an appointment on our website or by calling at the number above.

If you already have in-home consultations, deliveries, or installations scheduled, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment if that is your desire. Please know that our installation teams are also following the recommended sanitizing practices.
